Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the fragrance in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is unused, we will process your refund or ship your new scent within 5-7 business days.
